5 Steps to Manifesting Your Dream Lifestyle
1. Get clear on what you want. Break out the old trusted pen and paper. I suggest investing in a notebook or journal. Don’t have good hand-writing? It doesn’t matter. There is something magical that happens when we physically write down our intentions. What do you want your new venture to stand for? What does it look like? What and WHO do you want to attract into your life? What does it feel like when this dream comes TRUE?
The more clear you get about your goals, the quicker they manifest!
2. If you can SEE it, it’s yours. Making a physical representation of your work is a ritual that dates back centuries. When we can get our creative juices flowing, we are tapping into our innate capacity to make our dreams a reality. This is co-creating with the Universe. So, make a mood board! Tap into your inner child and get crafty! Compile a bunch of your old magazines and news articles, scissors, and glue! Organize your dreams on a medium or large piece of cardboard or paper. Cut out words, pictures, and symbols that represent what you want to create. Hang this beauty somewhere where you will see it everyday.
Watch, as the MAGIC of your dreams begin to come into your reality.
3. Dedicate time.
Have you ever heard the phrase, “If you bring the shovel, He/She will move the mountain.” This implies that if we take small action, every day towards our dreams, they WILL manifest.
This, of course, takes commitment. An incredible dream lifestyle happens from incredible action. The people I see who are most successful, are those who are driven. They are seen trying, regardless of where they are in life. They TRUST in something bigger than themselves, so they don’t play small. Create an organized agenda of your Dream Lifestyle Timeline. Get detailed. What do you need to do every day over the next month? Write it down. If you don’t write it down, the chances of it getting done or slim to none.
4. Mindful in-action. This implies to the nature of receiving. It is the balancing piece of # 3. With action or what the Chinese Medicine women and men call, “Yang,” comes the in-action, aka, “Yin.”
Take time every morning and every night to become still.
Turn off the TV and radio. Lie down or sit up straight, close your eyes, take 3 deep breaths and visualize your dreams as if they were in the here and now. Again, DON’T play small!
Do not be afraid to dream BIG!
The Universe supports you. Get out of the way, and receive. Do this for 30 days & watch as BIG change happens in your life.
5. Play. It’s a lot easier to stick to 1-4 when you take time to HAVE FUN! I know that my mom’s and business people out there are smirking right now. You KNOW what I am talking about. Yes, you. Go play. Write play time in your agenda. Don’t miss that date. Do it regularly.
When we take the time to play, be social, have fun, and maybe break the rules a little bit; we are re-fueling our hearts and re-balancing our minds so that we are ready to tackle our dreams.
